The institute for nuclear and energy technology (IKET) of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) organizes the 2nd Workshop on Numerical Simulations of Magnetohydrodynamic Flows, during October 18-20, 2010.
The workshop aims at bringing together researchers working on the development of numerical tools for simulation of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flows in order to discuss challenges, recent progress and future directions in this field. Presentation of experimental results is also encouraged.
The workshop will take place from Monday noon, October 18, to Wednesday noon, October 20. A duration of 30 minutes is scheduled for each talk including 10 minutes for discussion.
